Handmaking starts after order confirmation and deposit payment. Standard production takes 10–14 business days; collections marked 20+ take at least 20 business days. There is no minimum quantity, and cash on delivery is unavailable.
Limited Drop
A limited quantity opens for reservations at the date shown on the product, with reservation confirmed electronically.
Delivery fees
Delivery is free within Cairo for orders over EGP 5,000. For other orders, the fee depends on the delivery address and is confirmed by our team before the order is prepared.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are available. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and the reason for the request. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Our team reviews eligibility and confirms the process and any return or exchange delivery fees before collection.
Damaged or incorrect order
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately with clear photos if an item arrives damaged or differs from your order. Natural variations in colour and texture are expected in handmade products and are not manufacturing defects.
